Shipping cost is dependent upon the shipping method chosen at checkout, as well as the size and weight of the items being shipped.

Yes, we do offer international shipping.

HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS FROM MY ORDER?2023-07-03T07:54:11+00:00

MauFitz offers a 30-day return policy for non-custom items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund.

To return an item:

  1. Contact us at styles@maufitz.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide us with your order number and the reason for your return.
  3. Ship the item back to us at your own expense.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

Custom items are not eligible for a return. This includes items that have been made to your specifications or that have been altered in any way.

All purchases are considered final sale, and can not be returned or exchanged.

We advise dry cleaning.

All of our garments and footwear are imported.

HOW ARE ALTERATIONS HANDLED?2023-07-03T21:59:37+00:00

For custom pieces, we will have 1-2 fittings after delivery of the product. Any adjustments that need to be made are conducted in-house at no cost to the client, for up to three months from the time of delivery.

In the unusual event a garment cannot be adjusted reasonably, MauFitz will arrange for the client to be re-fitted and the garment will be remade at no additional cost.

Please note that we will not be responsible for alterations due to weight gain or loss once the garment is completed. If alterations are needed due to weight fluctuation they will be made at the client’s expense. Any changes made after the garment has been completed that deviate from the original instructions and/or styling of the garments will be made at the client’s expense. It is the client’s responsibility to properly care for his/her garments and thus we are not responsible for the wear and tear of the garments.

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?2023-07-03T22:02:11+00:00

We offer the option to pay in full upfront or pay a 50% deposit. If paying a deposit, the second half of the payment will be collected prior to your final fitting.
Payment can be provided with a credit or debit card during the first fitting or paid via an invoice that is emailed to you shortly after your appointment.

Production of your pieces will only begin once the initial payment is received.
